Re: Bomber Forum Offline
From Fin:
Well, the time has finally come. In the next few days BomberOnline.com will ride off into the sunset, but we are moving the forums over to forums.alpinesnowboarder.com, and articles to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Please update your bookmarks and head on over there to continue discussing all things alpine. Your current BOL login should work, and your profile and posts have been preserved. The migration of avatars and images is taking longer than expected. Please bear with us. Feel free to reset your avatar. The old BOL will remain read-only until it goes offline.
AlpineSnowboarder.com will be operated and administrated by your friend and mine, Jack Michaud. I asked Jack to seed the original BomberOnline forum with the very first post in 1999. He served as moderator from 2003 to 2013. His articles and posts have helped hundreds of snowboarders begin and learn about carving. Your moderators are Corey, GeoffV, and Mellow Yellow. Their dedication to BOL and our sport has been invaluable. Please help them all make this transition a smooth one.
Huge thanks to all of you who have helped make our community what it is over the past 20 years. It has been my honor and privilege to serve you. I've embarked on a new adventure, but words cannot express what your passion for this tiny, awesome sport and lifestyle has meant to me over the years. See you online, and on the slopes.
Thank you,
Fin
