Update...

I'm not sure if others have gotten a letter or not but I got a Notice of Trustee's Motion to Sell that seems to indicate (I'm not a lawyer) that the bank has agreed to a structure where Fin could continue to operate the company. The court still has to approve the plan but it sounds like that should end up being the case before too long. Unless someone objects to it before December 13th. I would think that they would have some interest in getting things running before the season is over since that's their best chance to recover the debts. Anyway, not sure why I got this letter but thought I'd share in case folks were curious.... maybe everyone got 'em.

Thanks for the news, that is good to hear. Interesting that you got that letter - may I ask the nature of your relationship with Bomber? Do you have an outstanding order with them, or are you a vendor to them or something?

some of us are creditors due to boot preorders. I have the same letter, It hurt to make sense of the legalese, so I took a nap instead
